Canoe or Kayak
Have your choice of sharing a canoe for two or paddle solo in a kayak on the Licking River. Trips vary in length and are per person rates. Depending on water levels various trips can be offered for one of the two different branches of the Licking. The South Fork and The Main Licking and only shuttle within the Pendleton Co area.
The Main Licking River
This beautiful stretch of the Licking is where all the trinitrates meet on the South side of Falmouth Kentucky to form the Main Licking River. A much bigger stream then the South Fork with more opportunities to paddle. We offer the Paddle Out & IN, 6 Mile, 12 Mile, and 18 Mile Overnight trips. Safe Water Levels for this branch is 2,500 C.F.S. down to 150 C.F.S.
South Fork of the Licking River
This rustic meandering tributary of the Licking is more like a creek and is best floated in the spring or after a heavy rain. Safe paddling conditions are from 2000 C.F.S. roughly 6.5 feet to 300 C.F.S roughly 2.5 feet at which poRiverint trips become a drag. Trips offered on this branch are the Paddle Out and IN and a 12 Mile trip.
Paddlers' Inn
Stay in one cedar made cabins nestled as close to the Licking River. We have 4 cozy cabins and 1 Big Cozy cabin available to rent on nightly bases. All cabins sleep 4 persons and based on 2 persons stay, pet friendly and additional guest are an extra fee. Please Call 859-472-000 to make a reservation.
